Emergency medical ID and alerts

You ID Me is the UK's leading emergency ID service.

In an emergency a first responder can quickly and easily access all your vital lifesaving information - from any smartphone, tablet or pc - simply by entering your unique ID code into the You ID Me website.

No special app is needed so it's very fast and very powerful.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every emergency medical ID product we sell in the You ID Me store ships with a unique ID code which becomes yours to keep. 

You 'activate' your ID at You ID Me by registering your name, emergency contacts, medical condition, medications and any other important information.

In an emergency, a first responder: 

  1. Locates your ID product (bracelet etc.)
  2. Enters your ID code at You ID Me using their phone, tablet or pc
  3. They instantly see the information that you have registered and so can use this to help provide your lifesaving treatment.

EMERGENCY ALERTS

You ID Me can also be used to alert loved ones - straight to their phone by SMS - if you are in difficulty. 

It's so easy to set up - just click a box!

If you have an emergency and a first repsonder accesses your profile an SMS alert is immediately sent to your selected emergency contacts.
